Erin Fulton has been setting new standards of excellence in the healthcare technology and services space for close to two decades. Utilizing a servant-leadership approach to team development and insightful operations strategy, Erin is a trusted partner in organizations brimming with disruptive approaches and innovative solutions.

 

Erin is widely regarded as a preeminent culture-builder. Her gift for connecting with, mentoring, and elevating both individual and team strengths, she enables companies to optimize staff engagement to enhance performance which has proved to be a highly fruitful strategy at any firm she has served. As co-founder and COO of Caravan Health since 2015, her operational expertise coupled with human capital initiatives helped grow the company exponentially from inception to a successful exit in 2022 and earned them a place on the highly coveted “Becker’s 150 top places to work in Healthcare 2022” list.

 

Prior to Caravan, Erin gained 9 years of executive leadership experience including serving as Vice President, Operations at CynergisTek and Vice President/General Manager (as well as several other senior management positions) of two business divisions at T-System.

 

For Erin, building and leading an organization is about so much more than simply improving margins. It is about creating a community that is meaningful and beneficial to everyone it reaches.

 

Erin holds a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University-Commerce and is passionate about supporting organizations aimed at developing people as well as coastal conservation and the arts.
